Are you ever consumed by a fear that is born out of happiness? A fear that tells you, something is about to be lost. Something precious. It is a fear not based on reason. When there's nothing really wrong in your life- that's when the fear strikes. Creeps up from behind and consumes you, before you know it. You want to cry but tears don't come. You want to hug somebody without being asked why. You want to be appreciated, reaffirmed, reassured that this happiness is not an illusion. It is not a piece of snow that will melt away in your hands, leaving behind a cold sensation. You wonder if the smile is a veil, shielding the sorrow waiting to show its ugly face. You feel as if you're being followed by a stranger who's watching your every move, watching you as you smile, waiting to wipe it away. You're drowning. Choking. Suffocating. Spinning. Even gravity cannot hold you down. The worst kind of fear- happiness that makes the heart afraid.
when you don't have something how or why would you fear to lose something?
ReplyDeletei get happy from a utopia and u fear that how will it turn out to be...the fear is of losing something you have it is when you are happy with something which you already got and accepted it as a standard or fate and that it cannot be made better or changed... the fear of happiness won't be there if one realize that happiness comes at a cost.. fear of happiness is there when utopia not based upon the reality ...reality of life... and the only reality is that you can be happy but u can't stay happy forever ..because things and even emotions change...the fear of happiness is the fear of change the only way to be free from this would be to accept the change in life .. bring the change ...change when required.. never ever one haas to stop and enjoy that change he has brought .... one has to enjoy bringing the required change in life and be happy ,,happy in life,death, profit, loss and one has to be sober in all the states of emotional wave one's going through. kind of moderation.
